Ildiko Szollosi brings a wealth of experience to the firm’s practice in corporate governance and control, securities law and general corporate and contract matters. Ms. Szollosi has represented private and public corporations, limited liability companies, private equity and distressed funds, bondholder committees and not-for-profit organizations in a wide variety of corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, out-of-court restructuring transactions, recapitalizations, and related corporate and securities matters.

Ms. Szollosi previously practiced corporate law in Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP’s financial restructuring group, where she worked on complex corporate restructuring transactions and strategic investments.

Ms. Szollosi began her career with Shearman & Sterling LLP’s mergers and acquisitions group, where she worked on domestic and cross-border public and private acquisition transactions and investments.
