Maria Delgado O’Kane has worked at Rosner & Napierala since February 2004. Ms. Delgado O’Kane drafts and files documents to form, maintain, amend and dissolve business entities in various jurisdictions. She assists in drafting operating agreements, written consents, corporate resolutions and minutes. She also assists in completing due diligence for corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, loan agreements and SEC filings.

Ms. Delgado O’Kane works closely with financial-fraud experts, federal agencies and the receiver’s counsel in various aspects of administering federal equity receiverships from the initial seizure of assets to the final allocation of assets to the victims. She also employs her highly developed investigative skills on both the internet and in specialized databases.

Ms. Delgado O’Kane provides general legal support to the firm’s attorneys and consultants. She is proficient with the latest office and legal software programs, including Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Timeslips and QuickBooks. She also oversees many of the administrative tasks associated with running a law firm, including client billing and staff benefits.
