Tiffany Cale is experienced in all phases of civil litigation and has successfully represented clients in a variety of complex commercial disputes at both the trial and appellate levels.

Ms. Cale represents entities and individuals in business disputes involving contract, employment and commercial tort claims. She also represents financial institutions, providing legal guidance on banking laws and regulations, and representing such institutions in commercial disputes. And, she represents corporate executives in class-action securities-fraud matters, SEC investigations and SEC enforcement actions.

Ms. Cale is well versed in the area of directors and officers insurance coverage, advising clients as to the sufficiency of their D&O coverage, and successfully prosecuting coverage litigation involving multi-million dollar D&O policies.

Ms. Cale represents federal equity receivers in Commodity Exchange Act receiverships, and has been instrumental in both recouping assets for defrauded victims, and formulating asset allocation plans under which such assets are distributed.
