We represent major domestic and international financial institutions (in their capacity as principal and agent) in establishing, structuring and documenting securities lending, repurchase and ISDA relationships.

Global Securities Custody

We represent a major broker dealer in connection with its global securities custody network. We have expertise in not only in setting up the initial account opening documentation, but also in the administration and documentation control of the global securities network. We have drafted cash and custody agreements in numerous countries as well as negotiated clearing, brokerage, indemnification and confidentiality agreements with counterparties worldwide.

Bank Lending

Our attorneys have significant experience representing major financial lending institutions and corporate institutions in reviewing and negotiating secured and unsecured credit facilities, including asset-based loans, structured financing, multi-facility participation loans and syndicated credit facilities.
