We have experience drafting opinions analyzing the availability of coverage under various types of insurance policies, including D&O, professional liability, commercial general liability, automobile liability, surety and life insurance.

We have significant experience with D&O insurance.  We are conversant in D&O policy language and well informed about current coverage issues, from the treatment of D&O policies in bankruptcy proceedings, to the effect of settlement on the availability to insureds of primary and excess limits of coverage.  We also advise companies as to how their D&O coverage may be better tailored to meet their individual coverage needs, and represent individual and entity insureds in obtaining advancement and indemnification under existing D&O policies.
